I was ready to make a donation because the site seemed nice and the cause looked worthwhile, but once I got to the payment section, I started feeling unsure. It asked for my card details, but I didn’t see enough clear info about security or how my information would be protected. Maybe everything is totally fine, but that lack of transparency made me hesitate and chipped away at my trust a bit. I ended up closing it before finishing. I’d feel a lot better if the payment process was more upfront and reassuring.

I really do like using this site because it feels good to help pets in need, and I’m glad there’s a place for that. But the platform fees can feel a little high sometimes, right? I end up lowering my donation a bit to make up for it, which I don’t love. Still a good site overall, I just wish the fees didn’t add up so much

I ordered from cuddly.com and, to be fair, everything did arrive in good shape. The shipping just took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking didn’t really update for a few days, so I started assuming something might’ve been delayed or stuck somewhere. Maybe that wasn’t the case, but from the lack of updates, it definitely felt that way. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little frustrating. I’d order again, but I do wish the delivery info was more reliable.

"Pretty easy to use, even if it drags a bit sometimes"
I’ll be honest, I usually don’t trust sites that sound too polished or full of feel-good company wording, so I mostly cared about whether this one actually worked. It did. The pet pages were easy to understand, and making a donation was quick without a bunch of extra hassle.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that a few pages were slow on my phone, and at one point I had to hit back and try again. Not a huge deal, but noticeable. Overall though, it was simple to use and I’d use it again

I like how Cuddly shares the stories in a way that feels personal. The photos help you actually see who you’re helping, which makes a difference. The updates are nice too, and they don’t feel fake or overdone. It’s simple, clear, and easy to trust

They kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. Communication was solid and made the process a lot less stressful. I just hope they keep it consistent, because if the updates start dropping off, I’d probably look elsewhere.

I put together a wishlist for my foster pups, and I was surprised how quickly people started sending things. The food and blankets showed up fast, which made a real difference day to day. It took some pressure off and made it easier to keep the pups comfortable and cared for.

I’m all for helping animals, and that part feels good, but getting my tax receipt was kind of a pain in the butt. It didn’t show up right away, so I had to poke around like an idiot trying to find it. Support did eventually reply, but it took longer than I expected. Not a total disaster, just a frustrating little hassle

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to support they got back to me faster than I thought they would. I did have to explain the situation twice, which was a little annoying, but they were friendly about it and ended up getting everything fixed. Happy with how it turned out

"Canceling was way harder than it needed to be"
I signed up because I wanted to help with a one-time donation, but canceling the recurring part turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I clicked around the site for a while and still wasn’t totally sure if the cancellation actually went through.
What made it more frustrating was that I kept getting inconsistent answers. One place made it seem like I could cancel online, another made it sound like I had to contact support, and support didn’t exactly clear things up right away either. Meanwhile, the site kept pushing me to stay instead of just giving me a clear cancel button.
I’m sure the donations may help animals, which is why I signed up in the first place, but the cancellation process felt unnecessarily confusing and kind of shady. If something should take two minutes, it shouldn’t require guessing and waiting around for different answers. I don’t see myself using Cuddly again

I used cuddly.com to make a small donation, and it pretty much matched what I was hoping for. The site was straightforward, the page was easy to understand, and I liked being able to choose exactly what I wanted to help with instead of just sending money to a general fund.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I expected the checkout to be a little smoother, and there were a few extra things to click through. Still, it worked fine, didn’t take much time, and I’d use it again.
